Return and Refund policy
At Allure Spark Gifting Company, we take pride in handcrafting each gift with love, care, and attention to detail. Because most of our products are perishable, personalized, or made-to-order, we maintain the following return and refund policy.
1. Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., homemade chocolates)
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., name-tagged gift boxes)
- Items purchased on sale or during special promotions
Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’re happy to help.
To be eligible for a resolution (refund or replacement), please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at alluresparkgiftingco@gmail.com
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Missing or Incomplete Orders
If an item from your order is missing, please notify us within 2 days of delivery so we can investigate and make it right.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be:
- Credited back to your original method of payment
- Processed within 5–7 business days of approval
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us via email or phone. After this window, cancellations may not be possible if production or dispatch has started.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our products. However, we’re always happy to work with you to resolve any issues related to quality or satisfaction.
